Order & Store Policy

All sales are final.
We do not offer returns, exchanges, refunds, or order cancellations under any circumstances.

Please ensure that all order details, including sizing, shipping address, and selected items, are correct before completing your purchase.

Processing Time & Customer Support

Modesty Hijaby operates during business days only (Monday to Friday).

Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed within 24 business hours once operations resume.

Customer support is available during business days only. Messages received outside business hours will be answered on the next working day.

Shipping Policy

Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates only and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Modesty Hijaby is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Lost Packages

If a package is reported lost, we will gladly open an investigation with the shipping carrier on your behalf.

Please allow up to seven (7) business days for the investigation process and final confirmation from the carrier.

If the package is officially confirmed as lost, compensation will be issued in the form of store credit only.

Refunds are not available for lost packages.

Product Inspection & Damaged Items

At Modesty Hijaby, every item is carefully inspected and quality-checked before shipment to ensure it is sent in excellent condition.

In the rare case that an item arrives with a confirmed defect or damage, compensation will be issued in the form of store credit only.

If a return is approved, the customer must ship the item within 2 business days of receiving the return label and approval confirmation. Any return label not used within 48 hours will automatically expire, and the return request will be considered canceled. Items shipped after the 48-hour period will not be accepted.

Refunds are not available.

Incorrect Address & Returned Packages

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

Measurements & Product Details

Please note that measurements may vary by approximately 1–2 cm.

Colors may slightly differ due to lighting, photography, and screen display settings.

Unauthorized Returns

Any items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted under any circumstances.
